In either case, do not leave any blanks. If you cannot find information directed to a stakeholder or cannot find evidence or an example of the school librarian demonstrating a particular role, then note that AND give an example of how you would fill in that blank if this were your school library Web presence. Absence of coverage on the website is an important issue.

Inference: The picture of CHS Library is not very clear; from that picture I could infer that there are some computers but have no idea of how many. In fact, there is no mention of technology on the web site beyond use of on-line resources. .Anyone who has been a new high school knows that districts build as much technology into their programs as possible. I happen to know that this facility also hosts a teleconference studio and broadcast studio, where morning announcements are broadcast over the video network to all building TV’s. The librarians troubleshoot on the campus, but that is not mentioned here. On the campus website, CHS has over 2200 students, and so the ratio of computers to students in the library is 4:1, according to the Texas Standards. If CHS houses two classes, that means they need at least 12 computers. I’m sure they are there, there is just not evidence, nor evidence of the other technologies available, like video production. Computers are just one form of technology, and CHS does not highlight others it has available.
